our pizza was cut into about 10 diagonal cuts, the other pizza barely had any cheese, the $5.99 cheese fries only had about 10 fries in the tray, soggy and old looking, the worker had flour and dough on his hands when he took my card to pay for the food and seemed like he was on something! horrible experience never going back
Ordered online and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Got there 15 later and order just being out into oven. 30+ minutes later was given my order that was sitting on the shelf and is now cold. Very disappointing.
One pizza was burnt, one was ok, one was thinner than a nickel.... the only thing decent was the sub and that wasn't great. Worst $33 + tip ever spent.
this location was very disgusting, layers of dust and scraps of food everywhere, you can tell the customer wait area hadn’t been cleaned in days if not weeks, dust doesn’t settle like that in a matter of days. they ran out of all beverages, 2 liters and cans. they did recommend the chinese restaurant to get drinks, so that was nice. they need to get a better owner operator/ manager. customer service wasn’t really there. it was more of a pissed of employee trying not to cuss out the customer. you can tell none of the employee... read more
Worst service ever. I waited about 2 hours for my order. It finally came to my door after I canceled it because it took so long. I told the driver I don't want it unless it's free or discounted. He called his manager and I received nothing after such a long wait. I'd rather calz high prices over chanellos lack of customer service.
Shout out to chanellos for a 3AM delivery to me and my drunk friends who couldn’t go out safely. Will order again. Was delicious!!
