this place has rodents, roaches, & terrible sanitation. you would think that especially during covid, things would be cleaned and sanitized. went in to pay and everybody was touching all of the same stuff without providing sanitizer or disinfecting the pens and front counter. i ordered a salad and was highly disappointed. you could tell the produce hadn't been washed properly, if at all. i feel sorry for all the people employed there.

We've ordered her numerous times throughout the year. This last 2xs were sorely disappointing. They mixed up our order and it was about 30 min late. Retribution was the credit of our due pizza which was a huge flop in taste. We thought to give them another chance and was once again let down. Tonights order was an entire HOUR late. Food was descent but delivery time was way off. Had to call to find out where the order was. They said they had to make sure they had enough to make my order (even though it was past my delivery time) and they were running out of cheese. Then I was told it was just coming out and would be another 15-20 minutes. Delivery driver was nice but I would never order from them again.

I ordered my food at 11:55am. The order went to the wrong store, then they transferred my order to the right store but gave the wrong address. Then send the delivery driver out for 30 mins to the wrong address, he gave MY FOOD to someone else. They NEVER once contacted me, now I called for the 3rd time at 1:35pm! They said they are “remaking” my order and it’ll take another hour! I asked for a refund and they said it will be 7-10 business days!! 🤬🤬 I will not be ordering from Chanello’s Pizza ever again! Horrible service!
