not bad Chanel Islands Catering did the event we went to with friends for a fundraiser for the local children's hospital. I liked the layout of the food verses the actual quality. I somehow feel the caterer was a bit limited on the budget and was told to stretch the dollars. For what variety they had, it was plentiful.
