I had a very disappointing experience at this Chanel boutique today. The sales associate who assisted me was noticeably passive-aggressive, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome throughout the interaction. For a luxury brand like Chanel, customers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, regardless of whether they are browsing or ready to make a purchase. Customer service was not good. Lazy, cold and snotty. Something's not right when security was friendlier than sales associate.

シャネルはコスメはわかりやすいけど、バッグや洋服は、ノードストロームバレーフェアに入っていてとってもわかりにくいんですが、とっても好印象のファッションアドバイザーさんがいます。日本での在住経験もある方で、日本語も達者でらっしゃいます。惜しみなくいろいろなものを裏から出してくれるので、日本とは大違いですよね^_^ 本当にこちらでのショッピングはストレスなく、できて助かります。 また、行きます♡

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. On November 25 around 12 p.m. I went in for a scratch repair service on my bag. After I arrived I still had to wait for a while. Then a man in the store came over, spoke to me and took my bag to the back to examine it. When I handed the bag to him, the flap was completely closed. When he brought it back to me, the flap was open, which was not the condition in which I gave it to him. He only told me that the bag could not be repaired, so I took it and left.
