Extremely unprofessional and condescending attitude from the female asian salesperson. Absolutely disgusting behaviour I’ve ever come across. Please train your employees basic etiquette and manners instead of letting them ruin your brand reputation.

I always regret going there. There are two ladies—one named Jessica and the other whose name I don’t know. Both are rude and impolite, with a condescending attitude. I’d rather drive a long way to Chadstone or the CBD than deal with them.

I’m a huge fan of Chanel perfumes and skincare products. What I love most is that some of their skincare line offers natural options, free from harmful ingredients, which I really appreciate. Although their products are on the pricier side, I truly believe they are worth the investment due to their quality and effectiveness. The staff at Chanel are always professional, knowledgeable, and really take the time to help customers find the right products.

Absolutley horrendous store I visited a few days ago, I generally prefer to go in store and not at a Myer or DJs but this Doncaster store is the absolute worst. Rude, unhelpful and an embarrassment to what one expects. Not sure if it's because the SA was on the slightly older side but it seemed like everything was to hard or she couldn't be bothered. But do better Chanel, I left without purchasing as I was so disgusted. Plenty of other brands with nicer sales people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst chanel boutique, the staff are rude here, they lack skills in communication; the lady i i think may be from malaysia told me the products are ver expensive, this isnt a welcomming nor is it a proffessional attitude. I would never buy from this butique.
