I walked into the store today excited to buy a Chanel gift for a family member. After browsing for a bit, I approached a sales assistant hoping for some guidance as this was a gift for someone else not myself. Unfortunately, the interaction was quite disappointing. Extremely disappointed and horrible experience! I have been to other boutiques like in the CBD, b ut just over a month when visiting this store, the older female Asian staff constantly passed judgemental looks at us, then passed the comment in Cantonese that these products are expensive. It was so shocking. Felt unwelcomed and mortified. Will NOT be returning .

I visited a Chanel store with my 10-year-old daughter. She brought cash she had saved over a long time to buy a Christmas gift for me. However, the staff member who served us was rude. She made an inappropriate remark to my child, questioning why she was buying a Christmas gift so late, and showed clear displeasure at the fact that we were paying in cash.
