Chandra Rose sold us our first home in the Wash Park area of Denver in 2016 it was exactly what we wanted! Our needs expanded so Chandra helped us sell in Denver and then buy in Broomfield, again perfect for us. Now mind you that we reside in Texas, so ALL of the work was done with due diligence and bulldog determination by Chandra! Chandra Rose just helped us find our forever home here in Colorado! Chandra was easy and pleasurable to work with. She helped me prepare my home by arranging handymen and other needed contractors, helped arrange staging and photography, and was communicative and proactive every step of the way.
