What a kind and efficient doctor. His confidence made me feel so good about my surgery, and everything has been smooth sailing. Would definitely use again if I needed him!
Dr. Chandra performed a laparoscopic appendectomy on an emergent basis. The appendix was necrotic so my hospital stay was extended for antibiotics. It was very easy getting a follow up appointment. I had very little residual pain. The nursing staff indicated that he was one of the best and based on my post surgery experience I agree. My only area of concern is I didn't feel he was listening to me in post op as carefully as I would like. Regardless I am extremely pleased.
Dr Chandra just performed my umbilical hernia repair surgery with mesh last week. He did a phenomenal job, my recovery has been so smooth and better than anticipated. I had some discomfort and tenderness on days 1-3 but was almost completely back to myself by day 4. Dr Chandra is kind, efficient and an expert at his craft. I highly recommend him.
Had a mass removed in my arm and was told by the doctor that it was his bread and butter surgery. I was told I would not have a scar and that it would heal sufficiently within 2 months. I had two virtual visits scheduled after my surgery that he missed. I sent photos in place of both appointments and was told that it looks fine. I later found out that in the second photo the wound had opened up even though he told me it was healing well. He may not have the best bedside manner, you may be a bit truculent, but he certainly knows what he's doing. I had the robotic one done and have not experienced one second of pain. I prepared myself for the absolute worst and thankfully got the best. No pain, no discomfort. I didn't do any research on him prior to the surgery. I just took my general practitioners recommendation. So I'm reading all these great reviews after the fact. So I'm just here to say I agree with it all. He's awesome but a bit rude. Who cares.
