I really wanted to like Dr. Brown as a PCP but both times I have seen or attempted to see her, I waited for over an hour. Today, after waiting for 45 minutes I was told it would be another hour. I had to cancel and leave after rearranging my day for the appointment. She is very thorough but impossible to remain on time. Unless, you have the flexibility to block your day for one doctors appointment, I wouldn’t recommend. The office also seems pretty disorganized.
