Called this office to schedule my first prenatal appointment but it is very hard to get ANYONE on the phone. I can only imagine if you have an emergency and need to reach your doctor you wouldn’t be able to get in contact with anyone because they keep redirecting you to use an online website.
Everyone was so kind and Dr Adams made me feel like im going to be taken care of and heard.
As a first-time mom, this pregnancy has been one of the most emotional and meaningful experiences of my life. During a time like this, you should be able to count on your care team to be supportive, responsive, and compassionate without having to fight for it. Unfortunately, my experience with this practice has been deeply disappointing and stressful, and I feel compelled to share in hopes it helps others make an informed choice.
