We would recommend David and Chandlers Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their home in Knebworth. David kept us up to date every step of the way, and after our sitting on the market for 3-months with one viewing, we had an offer accepted within 8-weeks of going on the market with them. David is an excellent agent. He's a good communicator, deals very well with potential purchasers (vetting etc), and he sold my house for a good price in quick time. Added to this, he is very helpful with potential purchases too. Providing insights into the market and advice on how to negotiate with other agents and vendors. I never thought I'd write a review for an estate agent but David breaks the mould of what people generally think of estate agents.
