Usually we are very happy with your service and food but have to say we raised our eyebrows a few times on this occasion. First - when ordering a specific wine it should not arrive at the table in a carafe. I want to see the bottle. I know the wine I ordered and it was the right one. But you can't pour into a carafe and hide the bottle. This happened three times. Your usually excellent crab bisque was off. It was thinner and had far fewer crab chunks than before.
