Dr. Bailey is truly the best eye doctor in all of Arizona. He is kind, thorough, and has impeccable bedside manner. His assistant Mei was very nice and helpful.
Charged $35 per person for the eye exam instead of $10 copay. Ended up paying $140 instead of what we were expecting after checking with our insurance that our copay should be $40 (for four of us). Didn’t let us know ahead of the time or mentioned anything about retinal imaging that we need to pay out of pocket. Reported to my insurance company. I have had Dr. Bailey as my eye doctor for close to 10 years now. Once you find someone who genuinely cares about your vision and you as a person and not just a patient you stay there! Dr. Bailey does and just last year I have also had the privilege of working there as well!
