Wish that I could give them 0 stars. After getting out of the hospital where Dr. Hsu oversaw my treatment I was instructed to make an appointment to change my dressing and for them to make sure everything was ok. After making a couple of calls and being told that Dr. Hsu never saw me I was able to get an appointment at their San Tan Valley office. They checked my dressing and said it was ok and I talked to them about signing off on my short term disability paperwork since I was unable to work. They said the doctor was on vac... read more

Had a Urolift Tuesday morning at 09:45 a.m. While the Anastesiologist was putting in a line in my right hand, a young nurse walked up and rammed a catherer in me with no warning. The pain was unbelievable. Even the doctor tried to stop her. She said, "Slow down, don't you think you should wait until he's under anesthesia?" The nurse said, "We gotta get going."
