Steer clear of this outfit. They charge an outrageous $191.88 per hour for labor. Additionally, they "diagnose" expensive repairs that are not needed. We took a trailer in for inspection. They said it need 4 new brake boxes: $1200. We took it to another shop and it only needed to have the brakes adjusted: $300. I don't know how they stay in business. Crooks

Please do not waste your time and money here. The staff member at the desk was condescending and rude to myself and another customer. Additionally, my car failed state inspection since my rear brakes needed replaced; they quoted me an exorbitant number. I took it somewhere else and they were able to replace the brakes, rotors, change the oil, and put a new oil filter in for $150 less than the quote from Chandler’s. If you are seeking a shop that solely provides guesses and charges excessive prices, your search ends here. I informed them of the code and the potential issues, expecting them to confirm what was wrong with my vehicle. However, that was not the case, as they recommended a course of action that would complicate matters and incur higher costs.
