Dr. Benesh is fine, but I had a run-in with the office manager over a Scheduling issue. She was extremely condescending, rude and unprofessional. She went so far as to refuse to treat my cat unless I sat quietly without interrupting her "School Marm" admonishing diatribe in front of an employee. Then she removed my contact information from my cat without my knowledge or consent. I like Dr. Benesh, but I'm not putting up with rude and disrespectful behavior from the help.
