Nurses inform you of what's going on with your love one. As well as texting you with the results of test that were done. Very caring staff, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I can see why everyone loves this Hospital. Great Doctors too!!!
Horrible care providers. Curious how they were able to get through Med School. They’re rude, rushed, and arrogant when patients ask questions. The nurses also had bad hygiene and smelled like cigarette smoke (at a health facility no less). Billing IS a nightmare if you have double insurance coverage. They’ll bill both versus validating which one is primary and which is secondary. The admin/front office staff sat there and gossiped about patients and disclosed information I’m pretty certain violated HIPPA since myself and var... read more
I am completely disgusted and disappointed with the nurses that work in the ER. The nurses here are unreasonable, unprofessional and extremely rude. We watched groups of people go back into the ER, when they supposedly have a one visitor policy every 24 hours. Nurse said she saw no such thing and that those people are not the problem…and that it is none of my business. They pick and choose who they want to enforce the policy on.
