I love chandler pointe! Shawna was so helpful from the very beginning of my moving process from Georgia. She was kind and very professional. Chandler Pointe is kept very clean. So quite here! I have truly enjoyed everyday since I moved here.
Horrible Customer service black mold in the storage rooms water caused mold in the public bathroom. Hallways smell like cat urine. Office manager comes and goes as she pleases. Tells us if we make a good review she will pay us personally. Shanna takes cash from residents in exchange for personal things. She plays favorites. tells us we will get things and we dont. Property isnt taken care of.
Fantastic management and maintenance team! Property always kept in good order, constant smiling faces, and ongoing community events to attract love and positive attention. Shaunna walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions. Couldn’t have had a better experience
Shaunna was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and knew the area. 10/10 would recommend.
