Is good cheap housing
Picture included shows how our 3 handicapped spaces were cleaned after snow. We had people with walkers and canes trying to shovel snow. And, for a handicapped building for 55 and older, why are there ONLY three handicapped parking spaces? Why aren't all community doors accessible with handicapped buttons to open doors? Why don't all apartments have bars in the bathrooms? Why aren't the entry doors locked 24/7 as advertised? Why do we hear the wind howling on the 2nd floor like we are in an old farmhouse with no insulation? ... read more
7 months since opening and sooo many things wrong & take so long to fix if ever get done with lots of excuses!! Suppose to be locked entry-not happening !! Housekeeping not best, windows need fixed, flooring needs fixed, caulking needs redone, 1 apt smoke alarm chirped over week before fixed, 1 apt ac out for days in 90 degree heat, suppose to spray for insects-not done, suppose to have furnace filters changed-done once, no smoking property not enforced-cameras if watched would show it, hallways need touch up painting after ... read more
Most people are friendly. Some never come out. We have a potluck every month. This month was a taco bar. Only this bad is we hear that we will get a water softener, a grill, and wall hanging for the hallway. Still nothing.
Great place to live it!!!
