Horrible place to live. My kids mother lives here and within the year her car got broke into 3 times. My truck was stolen. There is always crackheads walking around asking for money and cigarettes. People pull into parking spaces and throw trash out. Dumpster always full. Cigerette butt litter every sidewalk. And the roaches are everywhere. You have to keep your kitchen light on. Plus they still didn't fix shower downstairs they were suppose to fix and the tub upstairs was painted with wall paint so it peels and clogs drain.... read more

This is not so much a review as it is reminiscing. We lived there 50 years ago. I was in the Air Force making less than $500 a month. I think we qualified for FHA assistance back then, so it was pretty nice considering our limited budget. We were in a 1 br. somewhere near the office for the first month until we could get into a 2 br. The 2 br. was at the east end of the complex (2822 Kansas Dr.).
