Fix what breaks, WHEN it breaks!
It is currently cooler outside- OUTSIDE - than it is in my apartment. There is no reason anyone should have to go for 3 months without properly working AC while still paying FULL rent. It’s not my problem that only one maintenance person is on duty, or that there are other units to work on. Either hire some more staff or get the staff you have together. Other bills need my money each month but my rent still gets paid so please stop with the BS and fix my air
Chandler park was not good at communicating and they complained about everything even though they wasn’t there when there was an issue. I’ve been trying to reach the head people to voice my concerns and the landlord keep giving me a number that I can’t reach anyone. When my apartment caught on fire they was not helpful at all. They didn’t care long as they had somewhere to go at the end of the day.
HORRIBLE !!! I hate I signed a lease there. They don’t fix anything nor will they adjust your rent ! I’ve been without air 4 days with 2 small children & nothing has been done!! We’re living in heat but still have to pay rent !
Horrible Maintenance Staff and Owners don’t respond to any issues
I have been over here 10 months already. And they don't fix sh** over at all. I am so sick of Chandler Park for real though. My air condition in my apartment does not work and I call them for two hours and no one came around to fixed sh**. And the people in the front office's does not do their jobs. When it rains outside it rains in my house and my carpet gets wet and stuff. Warning!!! if you planned to move here you better do some more checking around.
