I had to file a police report at chandler park due to items being stolen from a unit that the owner was locked out of due to non payment (2 turnt tattoos). I won the contents in an auction setting online. This unit was not broken into and was locked when we arrived. The owners daughter was rude, showed no sympathy and told two different story’s before and after the police arrived. Great place for small businesses and affordable…secure and only complaint is not much curbside appearance…you need to advertise to get business!!!

I personally don't care for this company because the building is not safe for the businesses that it houses or the people who visit this location. The owner of this location mis-leads to get business owners to rent offices for a reasonable price and and once their business has taken occupancy he will double and sometimes triple your current rent. And he will lock you out of your suite and take possession of your property if you refuse his terms.
