Make sure you are either skinny or someone with strong legs coming into this place. It's bad enough the door was broken during the entire winter of 2024 due to a break in, but the elevators (yes, ELEVATORS) Haven't worked since I've been at my job, which is going on 6 months. People who have disabilities or require assistance to get to where they need to go can't because the company can't even fix the elevators. I had to file a police report at chandler park due to items being stolen from a unit that the owner was locked out of due to non payment (2 turnt tattoos). I won the contents in an auction setting online. This unit was not broken into and was locked when we arrived. The owners daughter was rude, showed no sympathy and told two different story’s before and after the police arrived. Great place for small businesses and affordable…secure and only complaint is not much curbside appearance…you need to advertise to get business!!!
