We had a very disappointing experience with this company. At the Wine Mixer, we were told that because we received a Golden Ticket, we would only be charged if we chose to move forward with setting up a trust and will. Based on that clear understanding, we attended their consultation. After deciding NOT to move forward, we were surprised to find that our credit card was still charged $250.
