I had two cataract surgery's with Dr Davidson. Hadn't been back to see him. Made an appointment 6wks ago. Showed up for my appointment and after filling out the forms I was told they don't take my insurance anymore. They had more than enough time to call me before I drive 25 miles to waste my time. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Robert Davidson is a very experienced eye doctor and has a great staff. He is very good at explaining things in a way you can understand. He has a gentle and caring personality which make you feel like he really cares about you. After my exam he showed me photos of both my eyes and went thru the details. I definitely recommend him for anyone of any age. My neighbor who is now in his 80's has had surgery with Dr. Davidson and has been very impressed with the results.
I was diagnosed with cataracts last year in both eyes but I did not like the place I had been going. They seemed like pushy salesmen (even the surgeon) rather than doctors. I obtained another referral and that’s when I meet Dr. Davidson. He is both a wonderful eye doctor and surgeon. He was quite meticulous but with my astigmatisms it was absolutely necessary. The office was short staffed and they did a wonderful job keeping up their customer service attitude. The exam was thorough and the explanations were detailed but understandable. 5 stars
Office staff and Dr. Davidson couldn't be more pleasant, helpful, and competent. I trust my eyes to Dr.Davidson without hesitation.
