I am very disappointed with the ongoing noise problems at this apartment complex. The residents in Apartment 23 frequently make excessive noise late at night, including running, stomping, and loud sounds that make it seem like football is being played inside. This often continues around 10 PM, 11 PM, midnight, and even 1 AM, making it very difficult for me to sleep and rest. I have already reported the problem, but it continues. Management needs to take this issue seriously and enforce the noise rules.
