Service is a lost craft, With that being said I must say Diana and her team are the best in the industry. This starts with leadership at the top and down to the very reception that welcome you. Thank you Dr and Diana and the entire staff for my unforgettable experience. You have gained my trust and bussines. Such a pleasant place for your all your dental needs
My Mom is a nursing home resident who was referred here for some dental work. Dr. Mac (Mackaron) and all staff members were amazing! Highly recommend. Dental health/care and prevention does not always happen for nursing home residents w/o advocates, or until there is pain. I came into the office to see Amber for a routine cleaning and checkup. She did an amazing job—very friendly and made the cleaning extremely comfortable. It turned out that I did have a cavity, and when I went to schedule my filling, they were able to get me in the same day with Dr. Heinkel. She was great and explained each step of the procedure as she went, which made the experience even better.
I had a great experience at this office. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the visit was smooth from start to finish. Amber was my dental assistant and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained what was happening, checked in often, and genuinely cared about my experience. You can tell she loves what she does and takes pride in her work. I would definitely recommend this office, especially if you get the chance to work with Amber.
Shout out to Dr Mac and Aida. Husband had tooth pulled and experienced no pain! awesome job ladies. Highly recommended for dentalphobics!
