History Established in 2003. We owned apartments in Irving for many years and purchased this small complex in 2003 when we retired to Chandler. Meet the Business Owner Mary L. Business Owner Managing apartments is something I have done since I was 24 years old. That makes 50 years in the business and I still love helping people make their home safe, clean and comfortable.

Apartments Apartments building that has revamped the outside and inside, but the apartments keep going up in rent. Some of them are roomy and the old landlords, was nice people who sometimes helped the apartment renters, but the new people who they have now, are very strict and tough on rules there. Large parking lot and well lighted.
