We wish we had known about this place YEARS ago!!! Terrific products and service.
This place will lie to you about the status of your rotors, wipers, and air filter and claim you'll fail NYS inspection and remove perfectly fine pads and rotors and charge an arm and a leg in labor. Stay far away, especially if you're not car savvy. Received old parts and sent a pic to trusted mechanic and he confirmed they lied.
Got my car in the next day for new tires and alignment. They even shuttled me to and from my home while the car was worked on. Great experience!
This was my 1st visit to Chandler Automotive, it was the most positive experience I have had in a long time. They were courteous and friendly. When I could not get a ride to bring me to get my car, they informed they have a shuttle and promptly came to get me! I had asked them to please check my car for any items needing attention per manufacture recommendations, do an inspection and verify my car was set for winter. Chandler is the BEST ever! They are so kind , were helping me with my husband's classic car... kept the car longer since I had to acquire storage. Called when fixing the car and kept me informed , so polite and informative! I'd give them a much higher mark if the scale went higher!!! So very appreciative of their response and kindness.
