Amazing Customer Service!
Went in to purchase a car… while filling out a credit app, one of the other salesman said I looked like I do my own repairs. I replied that I typically do. He said we aren’t really a car “sales” company, we are a car “repair” company. We sell cars to get the repair business as well as repairs on other vehicles in your family. I said that’s unlikely because my wife just got a new lease 2 weeks ago. Was quoted $418 to replace universal on a ram truck. Scheduled my day around this job only to get there and be told I was misquoted and the cost would be $1048.The guy Andy said Cody that quoted didn’t know what he was doing and oops sorry. Very rude. Would not recommend.
