This was my 1st visit to Chandler Automotive, it was the most positive experience I have had in a long time. They were courteous and friendly. When I could not get a ride to bring me to get my car, they informed they have a shuttle and promptly came to get me! I had asked them to please check my car for any items needing attention per manufacture recommendations, do an inspection and verify my car was set for winter. Chandler is the BEST ever! They are so kind , were helping me with my husband's classic car... kept the car longer since I had to acquire storage. Called when fixing the car and kept me informed , so polite and informative! I'd give them a much higher mark if the scale went higher!!! So very appreciative of their response and kindness.
They only take cars that still have warranties on them? What place does this? Awful. Save your time and go somewhere else. Because instead of telling you this they will just not respond to your emails.
I've been bringing my vehicles here for almost 8 years. This place is the best. They have always treated us right. Always been upfront and honest. And rates are reasonable. Highly recommend them.
Stuck at the airport with a dead battery after week's vacation, . Called AAA and almost immediately Chandler responded. Bought a new battery, had it installed by them and we are on our way in literally minutes. Excellent, cordial, professional service.
