I had a very disappointing experience with Vlad. The installer was dishonest, claiming he had cut the chandelier wires when in fact he had only rolled them up, clearly to avoid making proper adjustments to the chandelier height. He also caused visible damage by scratching my walls during the process. To make matters worse, the job was left incomplete, yet I was overcharged for the service a total of $1,400. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and look for a more professional and reliable installer.
We had a pleasure of using their services for relocation and installation of our dinning room chandelier. Couldn’t be happier with Vlad and his team’s work.
Vlad was easy to communicate with, and was prompt and efficient during the installation. He problem solved some issues with the manufacturing of the chandelier and provided good advice. Great to work with.
Vlad and his team helped me install a very special and unique vintage brass chandelier w crystal pendants and also helped me w a full restoration- he was a gem to work, showed up on time and schedule, priced the job fairly and respected my property while doing the install.
