The Chandelier Ballroom provided everything I needed and so much more for my wedding venue. Michele was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, and she never seemed annoyed even when I hit her with 50 questions. She made the planning process SO easy! She was unable to be there on my wedding day, but Fay was there, happy to help, and just as lovely to work with. I just had my wedding here September 23, 2016 and it was truly amazing. Michele is the absolute best to work with, she gets back to you quickly, answers any and all questions you may have and is ALWAYS prepared! Over the past couple of days all I have been hearing from my guests is how amazing the food is, how The Chandelier Ballroom is so beautiful, the whole staff was so friendly and how amazing it turned out to be. The Chandelier Ballroom is a beautiful venue to hold your special event and the director Michelle she's one of the easiest coolest people I ever worked with I own a DJ company DJ Express and I work there quite often in fact I was just there last week and I have a wedding there this week and it doesn't bother me one bit that I'm going there because they're so easy to work with from the food to the service check out Chandelier Ballroom in Hartford you won't regret it
I was married at the Ballroom back in 1993 and the transformation from then til now is just truly amazing. Preserving the building to it original intent and then adding the kitchen catering just adds to its benefits. It is always decorated to a tee and the staff is most friendly to all!
We just had out wedding at the Chandelier Ballroom on April 28, 2017. We had a fantastic time and it was so beautiful. We decorated it but we didn't need too many decorations because the venue is just so lovely. The manager Michele is attentive and accommodating and a joy to work with. I could not have asked for a better night or a better venue. We have only gotten compliments on the hall and the food!! I highly recommend the Chandelier Ballroom for anyone getting married.
It is a very nice place. The staff were friendly. Clean restrooms, clean facility. The acoustics in the ballroom were awful however. We have been to several Doo Wop Daddys concerts and were really looking forward to hearing them once again. The music and vocals were muffled due to the poor acoustics. I would probably not go back to listen to a band I liked. Iwould go back for food, drink and comraderie though.
Wow! Our St. Gabriel’s dinner/auction had to be cancelled d/t the virus outbreak, but thanks to the great teamwork between the Chandelier and our Auction Committee, meals were delivered and still enjoyed! Thank you, Chandelier! It was delicious! 🥘
A wonderful venue! This is hometown for us and a favorite! The history is amazing and it is beautiful! The staff is top notch! Friendly and extremely helpful!!! The food is outstanding. This place is highly recommended for your wedding or event!!!!
Even when packed to go, and reheated, the food was AMAZING! Thank you for getting creative to support our event, even it had to be cancelled because of the corona virus. We at St. Gabriel’s appreciate you and your staff! 5-star all the way!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
