I have to say that I have been a tenant for a year now, and I love my apt and the complex!! It's a great management/ maintenance team, and they help me with whatever I need! I nightly recommend living here, I'm a happy camper with my complex and apt!! ���
Seems to have switched ownership several times, staff turnover too. Had some ant problems, took 3 visits from exterminator to finally get rid of them. I had to keep asking them over and over to call the exterminator back out again. But what makes this place frustrating is the people. Trash is everywhere, they don't spend much time or money on the landscaping, loud neighbors. Neighbors have dogs that crap everywhere and smells. There are some nice people here but overall trashy. The apartments are spacious however.
Fast and friendly response from maintenance. Management friendly and willing to work with tenants. Nice lake with ducks and geese right behind apts. Friendly neighbors, only complaint is there are no pools still.

Chandelaque is very Nice! I just spoke with Jennifer at Chandelaque. She was so helpful and her staff were as well. Their community stood out in my price range too! Very Nice!
