I just walked into the store and asked for help to install the back of a wrist watch. I tried to install the batter but it need a jewler because it need a pro. Thankyou for doing this job free of charge because I expected to be charged. I will be back for a gift next time. Thanks,James
Happy that I went to Austin’s. Had to get a watch fixed and the staff were very helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable about their work and will ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. The staff was friendly and fun to talk too. I will definitely be going back to Austin’s for all my jewelry needs.
Outstanding service, had a bunch of watch batteries that died and needed replacements. staff was on point, fun to talk to and infomative and the work was outstanding. turn around time was perfect.
