I'm very disappointed in the level of service my mom didn't receive. She was feeling very sick and I told the receptionist at the office that I was extremely worried and told her of her symptoms. I came from out of state to see my mom & spend time with her and when she became ill I called Dr. Pande's office. I was assured that Dr. Pande would call me back.
