They had beautiful sarees, but unfortunately due to the sales assistant that was helping me she spoiled my experience. She was rude in her comments and what she was saying to me was very unprofessional she also was being pushy and I didn’t like that. As a sales assistant even if you are thinking about something regarding the client you keep that to yourself! It’s called customer service and she lacked this. I was very upset to have had this experience especially after watching the Netflix show.
We had such a wonderful experience shopping at Chandan Fashion! The collection of wedding and bridal wear is absolutely beautiful — so many elegant and unique designs to choose from. A special shoutout to Nargis Aunty, who helped us throughout our visit. She was so patient, warm, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect outfits. Came across this place on Instagram and made an appointment for a virtual consultation this week during their 41% off anniversary sale. I was told I’d be contacted via Whatsapp by a sales associate at 12:30pm. No one contacted me until hours later around 2pm and they asked if I was ready yet it’s over an hour after our scheduled appointment! Kuki ji and his wife are great. The flagship store is also a great place to shop. They make you feel at homes and value your business. Had a very good and satisfying experience buying all our wedding party outfits However. The story is very different when it comes to the Brampton location. It’s all about. Money to them.
