The massage was okay. It was VERY expensive for what you get imo. Room was a little cold and the overall aura and atmosphere could be worked on a lot more (more relaxing sounds and warm). Playlist was a little weird. It was top 40. I would prefer massage sounds when getting a massage (nature, calming, instrumental etc.). Tip machine started at 20% which I think was a little rude and high given it’s a private practice. Will not be going here again.

Massage was mediocre and didn’t address the areas I highlighted as concerns. The appointment took place in a residential apartment, which was unexpected and felt unprofessional. I was also asked for a tip at the end, which seemed inappropriate for what was presented as a medical service. EDIT: I went there there for TMJ/jaw pain and did not ask for a full body massage as the owner has replied.

Chanda is an excellent massage therapist. Always feel incredible after seeing her. Her place is clean, and she has a flexible schedule - I’ve been able to get last minute appointments so easily when I need it. Thanks Chanda!

I’ve been to a lot of massage therapists, and Chandra is the best kind. She’s knowledgeable of the human body, precise with her pressure, and has a great sense of humour when reminding me to relax. Her space is clean, and she’s always punctual. Truly one of the best!
