I have had one visit for myself and my daughter. NP Harris was very thorough. Seemed like a bunch of the same questions over and over but each one was answered effectively by NP Harris and her apprentice
Mrs. Harris is a nice person but I have had 1 too many problems in her office. 1. Ive been having stomach issues for the past 1 1/2 years. I was supposed to get a ct scan of my stomach but the doctor’s office didn’t even remember putting in the order and couldn’t find it. So i literally gave up. 2. Every month I have to call so that med orders can be sent to pharmacy. My pharmacy stated that they reached out to Mrs. Harris office 3 times and asked me to reach out to them. I am a 56 year old Black woman with Multiple Sclerosis and I have been feeling dizzy for the past 2 years. I wore compression socks which helped in the winter time, but not when it is 100 degrees in Virginia. I went to her office at 16021 Kairos Road. I had an appointment on Monday, July 8th at 1:45 (I got the at 1:15) I had all my vitals complete, by 3:15 I had not seen her yet (appointment at 1:45). No one came to say anything to me. The staff is terrible, they never answer the phone, you will get tired of calling and they will never answer the call !!!!!
