If I could less stars I would! Scheduled an appointment with them to come and clean our carpets for yesterday 3/29/19. technician never showed up and when I called to inquir as to why, they told me that the technition could not make it out and he was not sure why. I proceeded to ask if we could reschedule then, because they came highly recommended. They told me the technition could not get to us till a month- month and a half and again he was unsure why.
