Ellie is always nice and does a great job. Other staff that answer the phone are kind and answer questions well. But today’s delivery driver was so mean and he yelled at me and left me an angry voicemail. I had no idea who he was so I didn’t let him into my building. All he had to say that he was delivering a prescription for my daughter or that he was delivering for Chancellors Pharmacy. I had a wonderful experience at this pharmacy. The staff was friendly, and professional and was so attentive to taking the time to make sure I got my questions answered so I was clear on how to take my medicine. The store was very clean, neat, and welcoming. It is good to know that there are still pharmacies that truly care. I would recommend them to anyone.
