We came with a one-year-old child, they registered us and told us to wait an hour and a half, I asked if we could come back in an hour, because there were patients in the hall, to which the answer was - well, if we take you out and you're not there, you'll lose your place, sorry. I understand adults, there are no questions, but when it's a small child.
Only giving a negative review to draw attention so people looking for a walk-in clinic knows this is not one. (Sign posted on the door saying "This is not a walk-in clinic")
I have had significant struggles with Dr. Ali due to a significant lack of communication skills. I found that she neither listens well nor communicates her actions. My appointment was 930 I mention it to reception her response was to tell me my appointment was at 950 !!! I told her “you’re the one that booked me in at 9:30!” Her response is "I have no control what goes on back there" This is the second time I showed up on time for my appointment to wait for than 1 hour for other patience to show up and get called in before me. The 5 stars are from the company This place has no respect for you Show up late . Take your time Sleep in Don’t waste your time they will do it for you
