We hired Dewayne Chancellor to install gutters last year. We were not present during installation because we were given a “sometime this week”quote. The back gutter was kinked. Since we were not there when it was installed he said that it was done by “ somebody other than them putting a ladder on it”. He did not install break metal that we were charged for.
