I hate to even have to write this, but this was upsetting for our family. During a time when we were already going through so much, we had to deal with mistakes that should have never happened. Chancellor Funeral Home put the wrong date of birth and date of death on my grandmothers temporary grave marker. On top of that, her obituary had multiple typos and incorrect information, even after we told them several times how everything should be spelled and written.
