So I lived there for a little over a year. They lied to me about getting things fixed, specifically the balcony door. I was on the 3rd floor and have a toddler. Balcony door didn't have a lock or anything and it leaked. During the winter storm and rainy days I had snow/rain getting in. The staircase was broken but you couldn't tell cuz it seems like they just kinda put it back in place. My son almost fell off the third floor simply by leanin on it. I've lived here about 2 years and it's pretty quiet, decent sized apartments, they try to keep things clean, and Daniele is very understanding about things. The units are in good shape compared to other apartments in the area. All units except ground floors have balconies. I would recommend them personally. Also most of the people that live here are friendly, just say "hi".
