I have been bringing my pets here for 17 years. The vets are kind and compassionate, you can tell they love what they do. I'm so glad they've never moved. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the care is great.

Rude Staff, Inconsistent, Not Informative – As a child I used to visit this animal hospital and I thought they were super only because I didnt really know any better. As I began to ascertain more relevant knowledge i saw their flaws. The doctors dont really like to ans. ques and it has to do with the neighborhood they service. Mostly low income black and hispanic residents live in the area. The receptionists (usually women) are very rude and act as though customer service doesnt contribute to the company's strong reputation.

Great Place for Animals – A few years ago I had the opportunity to bring my cat Smokey there to be treated for ear mites and other vaccines he needed the Doctor was pleasant and was cat was taking care of. I recently Sunday of last week recieved another kitten and look forward to having her seen at the Chancellor Animal Hospital.
