There are good contractors, and there are great contractors. Then there is Chance Roofing Solutions. We hired Zac and his team to GC an entire exterior home renovation. The project went off without a problem of any kind. Great communication and outstanding work by all involved. Zac and his team closely supervised all of the subs and were onsite ensuring all work was done to his standards. We cannot recommend this team enough. Very glad we found them and could not be happier either outcome.

Zach and Angela are AMAZING! They exceeded all expectations. The exterior of our home recieved a makeover. New roof, new gutters, new screens, new ventilation in attic, and new garage doors were managed by Chance Roofing Solutions. They even recommended a painter that did a wonderful job. I smile every time I see my home.

The business model and ethics of this company is more than what one would expect and a rarity to find these days. I couldn't express the level of my positive impression of them from our first interaction to the completion of their work. Nowadays, when most contractors show up, you have to clean up behind them just to find out the work was sub-par. Their work is a step above what one would would hope to receive from the best ideal professionals.

Zack, Angela, and their team were amazing. They came recommended by a friend and boy were they right! It was my first time dealing with an insurance claim, and if it wasnt for Zack I would've been in a bad situation. Thank you so much for your hard work, dedication, and honesty!
