I would not recommend Chance Reality to my worse enemy. I had Teresa Chance as a realtor and not only did my properties stay empty. When they where rented out she took the money from rent that where supposed to be for repairs and did not repair anything. The house got destroyed and I had to pay to get all the damage caused repaired again. She seemed to forget that I was the client and what she did to me is unacceptable. Everyone needs to know the type of person that would do this to someone does not deserve anyone's business... read more
