Chance is a wonderful realtor. He is patient, kind and knowledgeable. He was always just a phone call or text away anytime we had questions. Once we went under contract for our home, he was still just as attentive throughout that process. If you’re looking for a realtor, look no further, he is your guy!
I believe I'm a little different from all the other reviews, and here's why... When we moved to Texas a friend referred Chance to me and I figured, sure why not. At first, I was taken back by his Southern hospitality which increasingly grew on us. He backed up his charm by his work day and night to find us the home we wanted after dragging him around for 10 days. Chance is simply an AMAZING realtor! He has recently helped me purchase a new home. He was super patient, approachable, answered my 500 questions in a timely manner, and was always very knowledgeable. He helped me get an incredible deal on my new house and advocated for me during every step of the process.
