Chance was the best! Super knowledgeable about not only the San Antonio market, but all the surrounding areas such as Seguin, New Braunfels, Converse, etc.. Even during his wedding and honeymoon weeks, he made himself available for questions. He helped us get a new home, with all appliances, seller credit AND a lease buy out. Chance is a wonderful realtor. He is patient, kind and knowledgeable. He was always just a phone call or text away anytime we had questions. I believe I'm a little different from all the other reviews, and here's why... When we moved to Texas a friend referred Chance to me and I figured, sure why not. At first, I was taken back by his Southern hospitality which increasingly grew on us. He backed up his charm by his work day and night to find us the home we wanted after dragging him around for 10 days.
