Chance was the best! Super knowledgeable about not only the San Antonio market, but all the surrounding areas such as Seguin, New Braunfels, Converse, etc.. Even during his wedding and honeymoon weeks, he made himself available for questions. He helped us get a new home, with all appliances, seller credit AND a lease buy out.
