It took me 3 months to get in. They never sent me paperwork. I was 5min late for my appointment. The lady at front desk said they would not see me & would have to reschedule because I was 5 min late & did not have the paperwork they never sent to me..... No thanks!!
Dr. Horne is amazing. He actually takes the time to listen to what is going on and doesn't just sweep symptoms under rug. He actively searches for a diagnosis and a treatment.
Constantly messing up prescriptions, kind of a big deal right?? You would think. Constantly switching doctors and God forbid you need to be checked asap, the appointments are booked for months so good luck getting in. I'm very disappointed because this place used to be awesome. I will definitely be finding a new doctor.
I called to get an appointment for iud birth control and they told me they couldnt get me in for two months! The women who I spoke to was extremely rude and rushed to get off the phone. They send me paper work to fill out which took forever to fill out but it got done. So to the point on why I'm giving a one star.
