Called the emergency room to verify if my insurance is accepted at their facility and how busy they were, and the young girl on the phone was a total rude snob that was condescending and ignorant. I would sooner drive 200 miles bleeding to death than go to that hospital just to NOT see that one person because I would definitely (as nicely as possible) tell her EXACTLY what I think about her. Absolutely insane! I was treated there recently for some pain which was attributed by the ER doctor as a pulled muscle which turned out to be SHINGLES when the rash showed up the next day....I did NOT pull a muscle and I stated that. Also they put on my paperwork that I had dye injected into me for my scan -- they stuck a needle in my arm but they never put dye in it or anything else during the short time that of 4 hours I was there. So I had X-ray done stating I had a Calcified granuloma in my left lung so I was asked to redo my testing here and I did. It says I had a clean Bill of health so I went and redid it somewhere else because the testing wasn't clear and all it said was a report. No actual pictures or real actual information and the second place states other things that are not here on this x-ray. So yeah, I don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. No offense

It would be negative 5 if I could. I come there after being called because my husband had a stroke and treated like a. Monster of some kind! I get voices raised at me over and over as I ask for just a second to calm down. They just keep going and going then some old lady starts pushing me. She is lucky I freeze and cant move in those situations and im not the type that will just knock out. Then I do raise my voice at my step daughter on the way out. I didnt touch her. Came to this place because my right leg was hyperextended for half a year. I have been waiting for over 4 hours and as I’m writing this I’m still waiting. As for how they do their procedures that I don’t know yet but I just hope it’s good. Never come here!
