My husband and I got tickets to see Danny Klein's Full House at Chan's. We have never been there so I was skeptical due to the mixed reviews. Well, I don't know what some of you people are talking about! It was easy parking, then we were greeted by the owner and seated at a great table in perfect view of the stage. John Chan never disappoints. Always great food and entertainment.
Had a pick up order at the drive through and when I looked inside I saw chicken fingers sitting out in a big tub uncovered on top of a barrel. Food was awful won't be back.
Best live music club in R.I., nice sound and sincere appreciation to the musicians.
Well, they are right... They are the best egg rolls in town! But there is more to Chan's than this. The band was excellent and a lot of fun. The setting was perfect - intimate club setting. Our party of five all had dinner as well and everyone enjoyed their dish. Our one waitress worked really hard to make sure everyone was served properly. We had an out of state visitor and we are trying to ensure she experiences all of the unique RI institutions and I am happy to say that Chan's lived up to its billing. A great night out!
