Such a comfortable med spa and everyone there is so sweet. I did micro needling for the first time and Julia was great - informative, skilled, and kind. I am less than 24 hours from my appointment so I won’t see the full effects of my results for another few days but I am hoping for great results! Thanks again.

After spending $10,000 on renuva, I got basically no results. Ok, fine, perhaps that was not Chan's fault. However, I have my doubts after what happened next. I went in for filler and it was placed too shallow & still shows like mosquito bites on my temples months later. Chan offered to remove it-- at an approximate $2,000 loss to me. That is not acceptable when the provider made a mistake. My other medspa confirmed that it was placed way too shallow for that area.
