I did not have any trouble finding this office. It is in Oviedo, a very nice and safe town; the office is on an open main road. I walked in without an appointment one time. The staff member explained that I will be able to be seen as long as I have patience to wait because those with appointments will be seen first. Dr. Chan is a jerk. It was my 1st time there he didn't even introduce himself and was soooo rude. He touched my throat to feel my tonsils he then wiped his hand off on my shoulder on my blouse because it apparently discusted him to touch me. I went there looking for a family dr. and left so mad and unsatisfied. I will definetly never go there again and will never recommend anyone to go see him.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Is this business handicap-accessible? Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Somewhat, it didn't smell very good
Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. The doctor orders test that do not need to be ran and does not listen to what you have come in to see him about. I am finding another doctor.
Pedro Chan UIs one of the rudest Doctors I have met in my life he never greeted me walked in sat down and said what do you want!
