Dr. Chan has been my dentist since childhood. I actually would rather not post this in case it’s harder to see him, but him and his wonderful staff deserve the credit. He is professional, gentle, kind, and loves his craft. I admire how he is always staying up to date and passionate about dentistry. I feel very safe in his hands. His staff have also always been lovely and communicative the absolute best!
I just had my first consult with Dr. Chan - he along with his Japanese assistant, and the receptionists were all super friendly and considerate, they were all super amazing! I'm so grateful for him on accepting me as new patient, it makes me excited and happy to know that my teeth are in great hands, thank you to my friend for referring me :)

Service has deteriorated. Although one problem got fixed but it caused another issue.
Dr. Chan is a knowledgeable dentist. I like him as a dentist. The front staff is friendly, but was better when Mimi was the regular receptionist. Too bad they started to charge a "covid fee" when most dental offices don't. I'll head back when things are back to normal and not charge patients a fee which most insurances don't recognize and won't cover.
